Change wording on Invoices from "Invoice" to "TAX Invoice"

Hi,
Being based in South Africa it is critical that any of our invoices state "TAX INVOICE" and not just "INVOICE" . If we create a custom theme, we can add the "TAX" portion, but then all ourr estimates also says "TAX ESTIMATE" . Please help us.
