Hi,
I'm thinking about moving to Co-operative bank but only if the statement import works as easy as with my HSBC statements. Co-operative customers, should I go for it? Any experience with Co-op and Freeagent? Thank you!
Christiane
P.S.: Any other comments on co-op bank are welcome as well. :-)

Hi Christine,
Thanks for getting in touch and hopefully I can help you with this.
We recommend, where possible, that you use OFX or QIF when downloading your bank statements, if these formats are available.
However the Co-operative Bank is supported through CSV only and you will need to reformat the file like so; http://www.freeagentcentral.com/suppo...
Please see the following link to see what banks FreeAgent supports; http://www.freeagentcentral.com/suppo...
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,

Hi Charissa,
Thank you for the quick response. That makes my decision very easy: I don't want to reformat anything, so I won't move to Co-op Bank as long as they don't offer QIF. :-)
Cheers, Christiane -

I use the Coop. Their format isn't as good as it used to be, but csv reports work well enough, unless you have a lot of transactions.
