I have a couple of issues :
1 ) I need to delete a user from my account - I only added him when I was messing about but now I am using the system seriously I can't find any way to remove him.
2 ) When creating a new client, I am unable to use the same email address if it already exists for another client. In my case, I have a client with three separate businesses, where he is the main contact. I have had to make up false email addresses just to get him in the system. Is there any good reason for this?
Other than that, I am very happy!

Lewis,
If you email us the details of the extra user we can remove him (it's to do with the way Tax Returns are automatically created if you visit the tax return screens for that user). ed at freeagentcentral dot com.
As for the client - yes, we do currently require that the email addresses are unique. One reason for this is to allow clients to log in to view invoices, account histories etc at some stage. I'm afraid your false email address workaround may indeed be necessary. -

Ed, cannot we delete users ourselves? I got stuck with that for hours...

Hi Simeon,
Apologies for the delay in responding to you.
Unfortunately the only way you can delete a user is when there are no transactions against their name.
For audit purposes, if there are transactions, you really ought to keep them in FreeAgent.
You can make sure they have no access to your account through the permissions bar and can edit their email address too.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards
