Expenses paid but still showing as owed...

Hi Ryan,

This is a list showing recent expenses all paid and unpaid.

The reason is because when you pay expenses the money goes towards the expense account and not the individual expense which is why it appears here.

I feel the term "Still Owed" is mis-leading so please accept our apologies for this and I shall mention this to our technical team.

If at any time you want to see what expenses are owed, you can check this on the My Money, Expenses part of the program and on your Balance Sheet.

Hi Ryan,

I have just spoken to our technical team and found out that FreeAgent is so clever it will calculate what is actually owed so if all these have been paid then it should show £0.00 Still Owed.

My concern is this has not happened to I think the best thing to do is send this to our Support Desk so we can investigate why it is showing an outstanding balance here.
