Have to log in for every session do not ask for 2 weeks box not working

Hi Steve,

How this function works is that when you click this on logging in then whilst on your FreeAgent Home Page, save this to your favourites. When you wish to access your account, click on the favourite link you set up and it should take you straight into your account.

Thank you for responding.

I have not had to do that in the past, when the 2 week radio button was ticked it saved me having to log in all the time, I am on a mac and admittedly I am not overly familiar with it yet, there does not seem to be a favourite button like on Windows.

It's all very well adding new functionality to your (great) site, but the basics need fixing. If you can't fix it then remove the option?

I have it saved as a favourite; I have other site passwords saved using Google Chrome and they all work. the ONLY one that doesn't is this login for FreeAgent.
