How do I match 2 transactions in an account to 1 transaction in another account?

Edit Subject

I have 2 transactions on my SagePay account which are transferred to my current account as 1 transaction. i.e. the 2 sagepay transaction equal the 1 transaction amount on my current account. How do I match these up? FreeAgent doesn't allow me to explain the transactions so they match up.
