What you could do is use the export all data function which creates an excel spreadsheet with a tab containing all the contact details: http://www.freeagent.com/support/kb/g...

You can then use this data to create a mail merge.

This would need to be done using Microsoft Word or similar as this function is not available within FreeAgent.
