Make the calendar a todo list, meaning I can marks items as done

Every month, at around this point, I get the fright of my life as I scramble to check that I've paid our PAYE contributions. The source of this panic is the calendar dashboard widget. It shows that there is an upcoming HMRC bill, a bill that I should no longer worry about.

I'm wondering what the rest of the community would think to a calendar upgrade, maybe making it a little less like a dumb list of dates, by introducing features, such as:


  • Simple marking of items as done, hiding them from the dashboard view

  • Intelligent marking of items as done, through reconciliation activities

    Many thanks for your suggestion.

    Unfortunately FreeAgent doesn't currently support what you've suggested but I do agree it would be a good idea.

    I can add your suggestion to our Features Request List for the technical team to consider, but as you can imagine we receive lots of good ideas and suggestions and we make every effort to implement the more popular features based on demand and available resources.
