Year end Reporting

Are there any plans to improving the reporting side of things for year end accounts preparation. IE will there be a way of printing out year end aged debtors and creditors to support the trial balance figure? Or print out nominal ledger prints without downloading the whole transactions CSV and filtering it?

    Hi Justin,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You can print Aged Debtors/Creditors, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance and balance sheet straight from your browser as normal, using the command Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P if you are using a Mac). Another thing you can do is highlight the page contents, for example the figures on the profit and loss account, copy them, and paste them into Excel. This will put the figures in the correct columns, however you will need to fix Column A with the sub headings.

    You may also wish to export your data for your accountant by going to the Home Page and to the left you will see, "Export my Data". This will create an Excel file containing all your transactions, which you can then give to your accountant.
