Self Assessment Submission Error. Tax Taken Off Pay: This box must not be negative because there is only one employment page present..

Hi everyone,
I am trying to fill out the self assessment form via FreeAgent for the first time.
I've entered everything correctly and when i File to HMRC I get the following error.

Submission Rejected

So I go to that section, BUT I am unable to change it. It's read only

I tried going back to the source, which is my first 2 payslips where I had entered 0 salary
but -£2.40 and -£42.53 tax re-payment.

Since then, actually a few months ago, HMRC sent me a cheque for this tax re-imbursement and all is well, but I don't know how to reflect that in my account now, because it was just a cheque.

I can't even edit my old payslips as they are locked since they have already been submitted.

Any advice on what I can do?

I need to submit by 31st Jan 2020.
